A warm Tet holiday for the poor.

(Baonghean.vn) -On January 16th, the Youth Union of the Police Protection and Mobile Unit of Nghe An Provincial Police visited Muong Long commune, Ky Son district, to present meaningful gifts to students and impoverished households in the area during the upcoming Lunar New Year.

The delegation directly presented 30 warm jackets, 50 warm blankets, 500 notebooks, and 650 pens to students and people in the commune, worth over 25 million VND. In addition, the delegation also donated over 500 sets of used clothes to underprivileged students who have excelled in their studies and to some families in particularly difficult circumstances.

The gifts and items were donated and supported by officers and youth union members of the Police Protection and Mobile Unit of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department. This is a meaningful volunteer activity with a spirit of mutual support and compassion, raising awareness and fostering solidarity among officers and youth union members participating in sharing with the people and poor students who are still facing many difficulties and shortages in remote areas of Nghe An province, so that they can celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse with warmth and affection.
