QK4: Learning from experience in education and building a formal system

Major General Vo Van Viet - Political Commissar of the Military Region attended and directed the conference.

In 2013 and the first quarter of 2014, the work of leadership, direction, and implementation of the task of building discipline, managing compliance with military discipline and State laws was carried out in a synchronous and in-depth manner, with many agencies and units achieving relatively good results. The role of Party committees, commanders, and agencies at all levels was enhanced; education and training in military regulations, State laws, and the management of weapons, technical equipment, and military assets were maintained seriously; the performance of duties, compliance with regulations, military etiquette, and military safety management had many changes; the awareness of compliance of officers and soldiers, especially compliance with regulations, military etiquette, and military etiquette, had many progressive changes. Compared to 2012, the number of serious and especially serious disciplinary violations decreased by 33.3%; traffic safety violations decreased by 36%; occupational safety loss reduced by 50%.

The conference discussed and agreed on six main measures to effectively implement education, training, discipline management and military safety in the coming time.
