The maximum sponsorship level for each year is 10 billion VND, focusing on supporting the women's team to compete excellently in the 2014 Asian Cup Women's Finals to have the chance to own one of the 5 tickets to attend the 2015 World Cup qualifiers.

Previously, on the occasion of the national women's football team winning the Silver medal at the 27th SEA Games, BIDV also gave the national women's football team a bonus of 300 million VND. At the same time, it committed to sponsoring the Vietnam national women's football team towards big goals in the near future.

The Vietnamese women's national football team officially entered the international arena for the first time in 1997 at the 19th SEA Games (1997) held in Indonesia, and for the first time the Vietnamese girls won the Bronze medal. Then, at the 21st SEA Games held in Malaysia (2001), the national women's team won the championship for the first time.

Over the past decade, not only has the Vietnamese women's team maintained its leading position in the region, it has also consistently demonstrated its ability to compete at the continental level, second only to countries with highly developed women's football such as Japan, China, Australia, South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

On the world rankings, 28th place can be considered an objective reflection of the level and development of Vietnamese women's football.

In 2014, the national women's football team is facing the opportunity to go further, if they win a ticket to the 2015 Women's World Cup./.
