Heel pain is a common medical condition, especially in the elderly.

The disease is mainly caused by degeneration of the heel bone, bone spurs, heel bursitis, heel pad inflammation, inflammation around the heel tendon, plantar fascia inflammation..., manifested by symptoms of pain in the heel with varying degrees, especially when suddenly standing up, when walking a lot, sitting and resting, the pain is relieved.

The disease is not life-threatening but often greatly affects walking, causes discomfort and is very easy to relapse if not treated thoroughly. When unfortunately falling into this situation, in addition to self-massage and acupressure, you can apply one of the following simple remedies:

Lesson 1: Take a sufficient amount of eggplant roots (eggplant, eggplant, eggplant... all work), boil to get concentrated water and soak your feet daily for 40 to 60 minutes, you can soak once or twice a day.

Lesson 4: Boil 500g of soybean roots (underground part) thoroughly and soak your feet every night before going to bed for 40 to 60 minutes.

Lesson 5: Heat 2 liters of vinegar until you can soak your feet in it, pour it into a basin and soak your feet for 30 to 60 minutes (during the soaking process, when the vinegar cools, reheat it). Normally, soaking your feet for 10 to 15 days will start to relieve the pain, soaking continuously for 1 month will eliminate the pain. Note that the soaked vinegar can be used over and over again to save money.
