Quynh Luu conducts training on legal codes.

(Baonghean.vn)- On May 23rd, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district organized a training course on the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations, and the Law on Receiving Citizens' Petitions. Over 200 delegates participated in the training, including heads and deputy heads of district-level departments and agencies; chairmen of the People's Councils, chairmen of the People's Committees, and judicial officers from 33 communes and towns in the district.

Overview of the training session.

During a session, delegates received information from officials of the Provincial Inspectorate on the basic contents of the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations, and the Law on Citizen Reception. This included: the Law on Complaints, general provisions; complaints and complaint resolution in public service units and state-owned enterprises; public disclosure of complaint resolution; and enforcement of legally effective complaint resolution decisions. The Law on Denunciations covered general provisions, rights and obligations of complainants, accused persons, and those resolving denunciations; and the resolution of denunciations regarding violations of the law by officials and public employees in the performance of their duties. The Law on Citizen Reception also covered general provisions, rights and obligations of those filing complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback; the responsibilities of citizens; citizen reception at the office; citizen reception at the central level, provincial and district-level citizen reception offices, and citizen reception at the commune level.

The training session contributed to improving the professional quality of inspection leaders and complaint resolution officers, meeting the requirements of practical tasks.
