"Connecting Hands by the Sea" Exchange Program in Cua Lo, 2014

(Baonghean.vn) -On the evening of May 2nd, at Binh Minh Square in Cua Lo town, Nghe An Radio and Television Station and the Nghe An Journalists Association, in coordination with the People's Committee of Cua Lo town, organized the 10th "Connecting Hands Across the Sea" cultural exchange event.

Attending the event were Ms. Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments and agencies, Cua Lo town, 14 central and local radio and television stations and the Lao National Radio and Television Station, along with a large number of local people and tourists.

Following the opening remarks and flower presentation to the delegation leaders by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Cua Lo Town People's Committee, the television and radio stations performed folk songs accompanied by typical local imagery, making the program rich and engaging for viewers.

At the end of the exchange, the organizing committee awarded 13 prizes to the reports from the reporters' field trips to TH Milk Group and Cua Lo Tourism, including 2 first prizes to Lao Cai and Thua Thien - Hue Television Stations, 4 second prizes to Nghe An, Lam Dong, Cao Bang Television Stations, and VTV2 - Vietnam Television, and 7 third prizes.
