(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of May 24, the Organizing Committee of the 1st Youth Football Tournament - VIDA Bia Cup for officials, civil servants and public employees of Nghe An province visited, gave gifts to encourage and support fishermen in Nghi Quang commune, Nghi Loc district. Accompanying them were comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, representatives of Saigon-Nghe Tinh Beer Joint Stock Company - the co-organizer of the tournament and Nghi Loc District Youth Union.

Giving gifts to fishermen in difficult circumstances.

Nghi Quang is a coastal commune with many difficulties and 150 fishing boats. In addition to 250 national flags, the delegation also went directly to the boats to give 26 gifts worth 500,000 VND each to fishermen in difficult circumstances; supported Nghi Quang commune delegation with 2 million VND, 3 sets of balls and a volleyball net to organize activities for young people in coastal areas. The total cost was about 20 million VND, supported by youth union members, responding to the launching ceremony of "joining hands for the homeland's sea and islands" at the opening ceremony of the first Vida Bia Cup football tournament and the support source of Saigon-Nghe Tinh Beer Joint Stock Company.

This is a practical activity to accompany fishermen in sticking to fishing grounds to both catch seafood and stay at sea to affirm the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
