Regulations on rice prices for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2014

(Baonghean) - On April 22, 2014, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 30/2014/QD-UBND regulating the price of rice to calculate agricultural land tax in 2014. Accordingly, the price of rice to calculate agricultural land use tax in 2014 in Nghe An province is: 5,500 VND/kg.

This Decision takes effect 10 days after the date of signing, replacing Decision No. 25/2014/QD-UBND dated March 26, 2014 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on regulating rice prices for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2014.

Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee, Director of Department of Finance, Director of Tax Department, Director of Provincial State Treasury; Heads of provincial departments and branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and related organizations and individuals shall base on this Decision to implement.
