Provincial People's Committee directs to resolve citizens' petitions

(Baonghean) - Considering the report and recommendations of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in Official Dispatch No. 1184/BC.STNMT-TTr dated April 4, 2014 on the results of the inspection and review of the application of Mr. Nguyen Nhu Van, residing in Hamlet 12, Ky Son Commune, Tan Ky District, Nghe An Province, on April 19, 2014, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2469/UBND-KT with the following comments:

1. Mr. Nguyen Nhu Van's request to be granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights for land plot No. 315, map sheet No. 1, area 9,873 m2, Tan Huong commune, Tan Ky district, Nghe An province is not eligible to be resolved according to the provisions of law, because the above land plot is in dispute over land use rights between Mr. Nguyen Nhu Van and Mr. Nguyen Nhu Ly (Mr. Van's father), which has not been resolved by the competent authority.

2. Assign the Chairman of Tan Ky District People's Committee to guide citizens with disputes to submit petitions to the Chairman of Tan Huong Commune People's Committee for mediation in accordance with the provisions of law.

Implementation results are reported to the Provincial People's Committee and Department of Natural Resources and Environment before May 15, 2014.
