The Provincial People's Committee directs the resolution of citizens' petitions.

(Baonghean) - Considering the report and recommendations of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in Document No. 1184/BC.STNMT-TTr dated April 4, 2014, regarding the results of the inspection and review of the petition of Mr. Nguyen Nhu Van, residing in Hamlet 12, Ky Son Commune, Tan Ky District, Nghe An Province, on April 19, 2014, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 2469/UBND-KT with the following opinion:

1. Mr. Nguyen Nhu Van's request for a land use right certificate for plot number 315, map sheet number 1, with an area of ​​9873 m2, Tan Huong commune, Tan Ky district, Nghe An province, does not yet meet the conditions for resolution according to the law, because the aforementioned plot of land is currently subject to a land use right dispute between Mr. Nguyen Nhu Van and Mr. Nguyen Nhu Ly (Mr. Van's father), which has not yet been resolved by the competent authority.

2. The Chairman of the Tan Ky District People's Committee is instructed to guide citizens involved in disputes to submit their applications to the Chairman of the Tan Huong Commune People's Committee for mediation in accordance with the law.

The results of the implementation should be reported to the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment before May 15, 2014.
