At the meeting, comrade Le Xuan Dai informed voters about the content and program of the upcoming Provincial People's Council session, the results of the province's socio-economic development in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of the year, and the settlement of petitions of Cua Lo voters to Provincial People's Council delegates in the past time.

Voters of Nghi Hoa ward raised 14 opinions reflecting 36 types of issues, focusing on the following contents: People's Councils at all levels need to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of TXCT. The State needs to pay attention to resolving the regime and policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution; concerned about the situation of many abandoned lands, authorities at all levels need to have policies to encourage land reclamation for appropriate economic development. Resolve the Agent Orange regime for the remaining subjects; problems in granting land use right certificates and collecting land tax in Nghi Hoa ward; solve jobs for students after graduation; inadequacies in medical examination and treatment; pay attention to directing the work of ensuring traffic safety. In addition, many voters are concerned about the incident of China placing the D981 drilling rig in Vietnam's exclusive economic zone.
