This is the second year that 120 Mong households in Minh Chau resettlement village have grown wet rice. The average yield of the 2014 spring rice crop is estimated at about 3.5 tons/ha. Compared to the midland and delta districts, the yield is much lower. But for the Mong people, this is a successful crop. Because this is only the second year that the Mong people in Minh Chau village have learned to grow wet rice.

Last spring, Minh Chau village planted over 2.5 hectares of wet rice. According to the plan in 2015 and the following years, Tri Le Commune People's Committee will continue to coordinate with functional units to strengthen groups of solutions to expand the wet rice area; focus on transferring techniques to the people to increase productivity and quality of rice; Thereby, gradually improving the lives of Mong people in the resettlement area.

Tri Le Commune is considered one of the localities with the largest rice area in Que Phong district with over 300 hectares. This spring crop, the average yield reached 4.9 tons/ha. The bumper rice crops have contributed positively to hunger eradication and poverty reduction for the local people.
