(Baonghean.vn) -At the end of the 2014 high school graduation exam, according to a quick summary from the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, out of over 83 examination boards across the province with more than 36,000 participating candidates, there were 75 cases of absent candidates. Of these, 4 candidates arrived late, 5 were involved in traffic accidents, 6 were ill and did not meet the health requirements to take the exam, and notably, 26 candidates were absent without explanation and 34 candidates were absent for other reasons.

Many candidates were happy because they did well on the exam.

Observations at numerous examination centers across the province, following the two exams on the morning of June 4th – Foreign Language and Biology – indicate that candidates reported relatively easy multiple-choice questions and reasonable time allocation. However, some candidates were slightly surprised by the essay section in English, which required them to write about their favorite subject. This requirement demanded that students systematically review sentence structures and master vocabulary to present a convincing answer. Despite this, the majority of candidates were quite satisfied with their performance on the exam.

According to the plan, the grading period will begin on June 5th and end on June 13th. On the morning of June 15th, schools will send representatives to the Department of Education and Training to receive the list of results and temporary graduation certificates. Candidates will have some time to rest before entering the college and university entrance exams.
