Field crab is a nutritious dish that is very good for health, but not everyone can eat it.

Field crabs have the scientific name Somaniathelphusia sinensis, widely distributed in freshwater areas, from the plains, midlands, and mountains of our country. According to Dr. Hoang Xuan Long, a senior expert at the Ministry of Health, according to Oriental medicine, pregnant women should not eat field crabs because they contain substances that can break down tumors and expel residual lumps.
