Based on the opinions of National Assembly deputies and the wishes of the entire Vietnamese people, the National Assembly issued a Statement expressing its firm stance and attitude towards China's illegal placement of the Haiyang Shiyou 981 drilling rig in Vietnam's continental shelf and exclusive economic zone. This action violates international law, violates the code of conduct between parties in the East Sea, and is contrary to the high-level agreement between the two Parties and the two states... The National Assembly issued a Statement demanding China withdraw the 981 drilling rig from Vietnam's sovereign territorial waters. Persistently fight to force China to withdraw the drilling rig from Vietnam's territorial waters on the basis of protecting peace, protecting the tradition of friendship between the two countries, the two peoples, and respecting international law.

Voters of Nghi Long commune expressed their opinions and aspirations to the National Assembly delegates on the following issues: Regarding the upgrading of National Highway 1A through Nghi Long commune, which runs close to the railway and the roadbed is raised, which is very dangerous for traffic safety; requesting National Assembly delegates to supervise and inspect the procedures for land acquisition and site clearance for National Highway 1A, which are not clear, not transparent, and do not give specific answers when people ask or have questions. The fine for people wearing helmets that do not ensure quality is unreasonable; it is necessary to check the place where poor quality helmets are produced to impose strict penalties; the vote of confidence should only set out 2 levels, confidence and no confidence; it is necessary to strengthen the work of preventing corruption and strictly handle corruption cases; the site clearance for the Becamex Binh Duong project needs to be carried out soon, ensuring the process and procedures for the project to be implemented smoothly.

The Land Law is still inadequate for the rural reality, there needs to be measures to manage widespread advertising that does not match the quality as advertised; the innovation of textbooks still has many shortcomings; it is necessary to honor the soldiers who sacrificed at Cam Bridge - a traffic fire point of the fierce war years, and should build a relic or monument; the flooding caused by congestion in the Southeast economic zone has not been handled, the State needs to support the construction of schools; the compensation price for reclaiming agricultural land is low, it is recommended that the State build a collection road or a fence across the railway to ensure traffic safety in the commune when there are many crossroads crossing the railway; housing support for war invalids and meritorious people is still delayed, some households have built houses since the beginning of the year but have not received support so far, making it even more difficult for policy households...
