Hung Nguyen organized the forum "Police listen to people's opinions"

(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of July 7, the People's Mobilization Committee of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee coordinated with the District Police to organize the forum "Police listen to people's opinions" at Hamlet 9, Hung Lam Commune.

Hamlet 9 of Hung Lam commune has 98 households, 412 people, the party cell has 6 party members, the characteristics of hamlet 9 are 56 households have houses on land, 42 households live on boats and often travel on the river, work freelance, some people have low cultural level and often contact with many elements in society, so the risk of accessing drugs is increasing, propaganda, management and prevention for these subjects is difficult. Through the survey, currently the number of people using drugs with management records is 10 subjects, of which the number of people with severe addiction is 4 people.

In addition to the opinions of the masses that were compiled through the opinion poll before the forum was held, which were contributed to the Organizing Committee to compile into documents, at the forum, the people contributed 06 opinions. Among them, there were many opinions praising the commune and district police force for proactively performing well the advisory function for the Party Committee and the government to lead and direct the effective implementation of resolutions and plans to ensure security and order, and build forces in residential areas; proactively coordinating with the Fatherland Front, departments, branches and organizations to strengthen the movement "All people protect national security" at the grassroots level; the attitude and behavior of the commune and district police towards the people have changed a lot, there has been progress in handling, investigating and solving cases, recovering assets and returning them to the people to protect security and order at the grassroots level. In particular, the commune police coordinated with the district police to launch raids to hunt down criminals. Through the fight, they discovered and arrested 01 subject for property theft; 2 cases, 2 subjects for drug crimes; 1 case, 1 subject for intentional injury.

At the forum, the leaders of Hung Nguyen District Police answered questions and propagated the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and local regulations on the rights and obligations of people in the field of security and order. At the same time, it helped departments, branches, organizations and people see that ensuring security and order is the responsibility of the whole society, in which the police are the core. The organization of the forum has helped the police force of Hung Lam commune and Hung Nguyen district to further improve their spirit and attitude in serving the people.
