Arrest of mastermind of murder in CRV car
On the morning of August 7, the Hanoi City Police Department announced that it had issued an emergency arrest warrant for the mastermind behind the murder of Mr. Kieu Hong Thanh, the driver of the CRV car.

This subject was identified as Nguyen Quoc Van (residing in Cau Giay district, Hanoi). The cause of the incident, as reported by HNMO, was due to debt, Van asked Binh to beat Mr. Thanh as a warning. Binh continued to hire Tuan and Thuan to plan how to deal with the victim.
The amount of money Binh gave Tuan was 30 million VND, Tuan divided half with Thuan. On the morning of August 5, when Mr. Thanh was driving a car on Pham Van Dong Street, approaching the intersection of Hoang Quoc Viet and Pham Van Dong, Thuan and Tuan, who were driving a motorbike next to him, intentionally collided to cause a conflict.
When Mr. Thanh pulled the car close to the sidewalk and rolled down the window, Tuan approached, suddenly pulled out a knife and stabbed Mr. Thanh. Because the stab wound hit a vital spot, the victim died on the spot.
Faced with a serious murder case with many shocking details, the Criminal Police Department (PC 45) of Hanoi City Police together with professional units urgently investigated and clarified the cause of Mr. Tuan's death, and at the same time identified the related subjects, including Nguyen Quoc Van as the mastermind, Hoang Kim Binh (born in 1971, residing in Trung Hoa, Cau Giay district, Hanoi) who followed Van's orders and hired someone to carry out the crime; Hoang Anh Tuan, (born in 1980, residing in Trung Gia commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi - had 2 previous convictions) was the perpetrator and Le Hong Thuan, (born in 1992, residing in Thuong Dinh, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi) who surrendered.
The case is being further investigated by the police.
