The 9 officers of the Political Department of Military Region 4 who were promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Senior Lieutenant Colonel by the Minister of National Defense of the Vietnam People's Army this year are officers with a strong ideological stance, strong political will, pure moral qualities, high professional qualifications and command capacity, always have good motivation to strive, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
