The care and investment in education in all wards and communes of Thai Hoa Town has created a strong ripple effect and far-reaching effects. Nghia My Commune, a poor commune striving to reach the NTM target in 2014, is also focusing its resources on education. Parent Nguyen Van Vuong, Xuan Tho hamlet, excitedly said: "I have a 3-year-old grandchild studying at Nghia My Kindergarten. We are very happy to directly work and contribute to the children's education in such a decent school." With the investment divided into 2 phases, and with integrated investment from many sources, Nghia My Kindergarten has a majestic school on an area of ​​2,500m2, with all functional subdivisions meeting the standards when the new school year begins.

In Tay Hieu commune, despite the difficult conditions of a commune far from the center, investment in education is still a top priority. To solve the "lack of facilities" problem, Tay Hieu has used the commune budget collected from annual land use rights, combined with support capital from the province and the town to invest in large items such as houses and classrooms, while socialized resources are only used for auxiliary works such as yards, fences, roofs, etc. Thanks to this reasonable investment method, Tay Hieu has mobilized the maximum resources for the school consolidation program of up to over 8 billion VND. Teacher Nguyen Thi Lai, Principal of Tay Hieu Kindergarten, said: "Thanks to the investment attention of all levels and parents, more than 440 children at all 3 schools are able to study semi-boarding in fully equipped classrooms and equipment, helping the school to focus on teaching and developing children's comprehensive skills".

Also in Tay Hieu, this new school year, both primary and secondary schools have simultaneously put into use high-rise buildings, overcoming the shortage of classrooms in previous school years. The focus on investment in the career of "growing people" of Thai Hoa Town can also be clearly seen from the results in Nghia Hoa commune, a particularly difficult commune; the Party Committee of the commune has issued a thematic resolution on education development, at the same time, focusing resources for investment, such as the kindergarten in this new school year has built 4 more classrooms, built a yard, fence and prepared to start construction of the principal's house, striving to be recognized as standard in the 2014 - 2016 school year; the primary school alone built a new 2-storey building with 12 classrooms...

Thanks to the investment attention, after only 6 years of establishing the town, especially after only 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 12 on "Building a national standard school system for the period 2009 - 2015, with a view to 2020", in Thai Hoa town there are 503 classrooms, including 305 high-rise classrooms, 8 administrative buildings, 6 semi-boarding kitchens, 12 functional rooms newly invested in construction with a total value of more than 78 billion VND. Of which, the town budget is 11.7 billion VND; the commune and ward budget is 15.7 billion VND and socialized more than 4 billion VND, the rest is from the State's capital. The increasingly improved physical facilities have contributed positively to improving the quality of teaching and learning, creating fundamental changes in the career of cultivating people here.

More than anyone else, the teaching staff and the Education Department of Thai Hoa Town clearly see that in the general difficult conditions, the town and localities still prioritize investment in education, so they consider this an honor and also a very high responsibility to seriously implement. Mr. Tran Minh Hai, Head of the Town's Education and Training Department confided: "The specific goals and tasks of the resolution require each commune and ward to quantify resources, from which to build an annual implementation plan. On that basis, the department and schools advise the Party Committees and People's Councils of wards and communes to issue specialized resolutions, plans to build standard schools at each level to become annual legal targets of each locality". The Education Department of Thai Hoa has thoroughly grasped and built an implementation project in the direction of: closely following the criteria of national standard schools to choose a clear breakthrough direction.

A series of solutions that the industry has proposed include focusing on innovating management work in the direction of giving autonomy and self-responsibility to schools; recruiting, supplementing, training to improve professional qualifications and building a core team strong in expertise, steadfast in politics, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education and the quality of key education. Thanks to that, 100% of teachers and managers meet standards, 100% of students in grades 3 and above learn foreign languages; 100% of preschool and primary school students study 2 sessions per day, in particular, the whole town has 24/32 schools meeting national standards, of which 2 primary schools Hoa Hieu I and Hoa Hieu II meet level II standards, an increase of 14 schools compared to when the town was first established. Thai Hoa town, from a modest position, ranked 13th out of 20 districts, cities and towns in terms of education quality when it was first established, has now risen to the top of the province's education, and is assessed to have excellently completed its tasks.

Comrade Dinh Van Thi, Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee, said: "Achieving comprehensive and convincing results in education as today, in addition to the orientation of the Town Party Committee's resolution, is the inevitable result of the efforts, concentration of investment resources, and care for education of Thai Hoa Town. This is a very important basis for Thai Hoa to effectively implement the Resolution of the Central Committee 8 (Session XI) on "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration".

From implementing the investment strategy for human resources, considering investment in education and training as investment for the future, an important factor determining sustainable development, the effort to create practical results in the field of education in Thai Hoa Town is contributing to the locality's confidence in the goal of becoming a regional center in a number of fields.
