Hoang Mai: Training conference on legal documents

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the 2014 law dissemination plan, on the morning of August 14, the Department of Justice of Nghe An province coordinated with the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town to organize a training session on legal documents on the Law on Road Traffic, the Law on Inland Waterway Traffic and propaganda on the situation of sea and islands. Attending the training session on the province side was Mr. Duong Huu Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice of the province; on the town side were representatives of the Law Dissemination Council and the head of the Justice Department and all justice officers in 10 wards and communes.

At the training conference, trainees were equipped with knowledge on traffic safety such as: Law on Road and Inland Waterway Traffic; Decree No. 171/2013/ND-CP dated November 13, 2013 on administrative sanctions in the field of road traffic; measures to implement the work of ensuring traffic order and safety.

The training session helped trainees understand and grasp more firmly the basic contents of the Law on Road Traffic, Inland Waterways, culture when participating in traffic and raise awareness of traffic law compliance. Thereby, the trainees are propagandists who continue to propagate and disseminate widely to all local people, as well as family members, raising awareness of strictly complying with traffic safety laws, contributing to the successful implementation of the 2014 traffic safety year. In addition, trainees were also introduced and disseminated the Law on the Sea of ​​Vietnam, a number of legal documents on management, protection and sustainable development of marine and island resources and environment; listened to the dissemination of policies and guidelines for developing Vietnam's marine economy, the necessity of promoting management of exploitation and use of resources effectively and sustainably and protecting the marine and island environment./.
