(Baonghean.vn) - On October 6th, the anti-drug crime force of My Ly Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) discovered and arrested Lo Van Doan, born in 1988, residing in Xieng Tam village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, for possessing 0.35 grams of heroin.
