Overview of the training conference.

The conference listened to Comrade Le Hong Son - Director of the Department of Document Inspection; Comrade Dong Ngoc Ba - Deputy Director of the Department of Document Inspection - Ministry of Justice present topics on inspection and processing of legal documents; specialized expertise in inspection and processing of legal documents; leaders of the Department of Justice implementing Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP; Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BTP dated May 15, 2014 of the Ministry of Justice detailing the implementation of Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP dated July 23, 2012 of the Government on monitoring the implementation of the law and some skills and expertise in monitoring the implementation of the law.

At the conference, delegates exchanged skills and expertise in inspecting and processing legal documents and monitoring the implementation of the law, and resolving situations and difficulties in the implementation to contribute to making the drafting of legal documents of People's Councils and People's Committees at all levels comply with the prescribed procedures of the law, ensuring the constitutionality, legality, and consistency of the legal system, restoring order and discipline, and improving the quality and effectiveness of perfecting the legal system.
