Cong Vinh scored a double, Vietnam national team defeated Kyoto Sangan 4-3

In the third friendly match in Japan this afternoon, the Vietnam national team won 4-3 against Kyoto Sangan.

In this match, Coach Miura used two completely different lineups in the two halves. In the first half, the Vietnamese team took the field with a lineup of Vinh Loi, Duy Khanh, Phuoc Tu, Ngoc Hai, Van Bien, Thanh Luong, Tan Tai, Huy Hung, Van Quyet, Vu Minh Tuan and Mac Hong Quan. In the second half, Coach Miura used a lineup of Nguyen Manh, Huy Cuong, Van Long, Tien Thanh, Xuan Thanh, Minh Chau, Hoang Thinh, Thanh Trung, Trong Hoang, Cong Vinh, and Hai Anh.

After the first 45 minutes, the two teams were tied 1-1. The only goal of the Vietnam team was scored by Vu Minh Tuan after a close-range tap-in after the ball bounced off Hong Quan's header.


In the second half, Kyoto Sangan scored two consecutive goals to lead Vietnam 3-1. But in an explosive afternoon, striker Cong Vinh scored a double while Hai Anh scored a goal to help coach Miura Toshiya's team turn the game around and win 4-3.

In Cong Vinh's 2 goals, Thanh Trung and Hoang Thinh were the "factors" that helped this striker wearing the number 9 shirt shine when this midfielder duo made 2 accurate passes for Cong Vinh to finish.
