Training on legal regulations concerning transportation business.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 17th, the Nghe An Department of Transport organized a training conference on new legal regulations for 2014 for transport businesses in the province.

Overview of the conference.

At the conference, delegates from transportation businesses were briefed on four key areas, including: Government Decree 86 dated September 10, 2014, regulating the business and business conditions of road transport by motor vehicles; Circular 152 dated October 15, 2014, of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transport guiding the implementation of freight rates for road transport and transport support services; Government Decree 107 dated November 17, 2014, amending and supplementing several articles of Government Decree 171/2013 dated November 13, 2013, regulating administrative penalties in the field of road and rail transport; and Circular 63 dated November 7, 2014, of the Ministry of Transport regulating the organization and management of road transport business activities and road transport support services. These new regulations directly affect transportation businesses, so during the training session, the conference received considerable attention and numerous questions and comments from delegates seeking clarification on the specific provisions surrounding these legal documents, which are being applied for the first time.

The training conference aims to help transportation businesses understand the new regulations that need to be implemented in 2015. This will enable them to strictly comply with legal documents and gradually build a more stable, civilized, safe, and high-quality transportation operation.
