At the meeting, voters of Quang Trung ward suggested that the province should strengthen measures to help resettled people of Ban Ve and Khe Bo hydropower plants stabilize their business in the long term, develop their economic life, and avoid poverty and illiteracy. Regarding investment in infrastructure construction and resettlement of areas A, B, and C of Quang Trung, the province needs to focus on directing departments, branches, and sectors to plan synchronously, scientifically, and civilly, avoiding imbalances in the three areas and avoiding affecting the general urban beauty; at the same time, it is necessary to unify the policy of propaganda and mobilization work for the people; pay attention to policies and conversion coefficients for households with meritorious services to the revolution, poor households, especially those who have shared housing for decades; and require investors to discuss and agree directly with the people when implementing projects. The policy of supporting housing improvement according to Decree 22 of the Government needs to be implemented soon throughout the province. |

Voters also recommended that the province should strengthen national security and defense in border and island areas and step up the fight against drug trafficking; and strengthen security in Vinh City. Public opinion is concerned about negative phenomena in the recruitment of civil servants and public employees to work in agencies and departments, so there should be clear recruitment regulations and standards and when implemented, they must be public, transparent and have a monitoring mechanism. In addition, the province needs to direct competent agencies to inspect food businesses; there should be a document directing the Department of Education and Training to guide the revenue and expenditure work in the education sector in the province.

Voters also suggested reducing karaoke business tax; tax officers should be polite and avoid being arrogant when interacting with people. Environmental sanitation fees in business are still high, making it difficult to collect. Regarding urban infrastructure, voters also commented on the re-encroachment after Vinh City's campaigns; flooding of roads after heavy rains. In addition, voters also said that the number of civil defense guards is still too small, suggesting that they be supplemented; allowances should be raised for frontline cadres of hamlets, villages, and hamlets; and policies should be paid attention to for hamlet block cadres, especially deputy cadres. Electricity and water sectors should be requested to serve the people better; and jobs should be created for young people after drug rehabilitation. Training, vocational training, and career guidance should be organized for children of poor and near-poor households; There is a policy to solve employment for new graduates... At the meeting with voters, comrade Tran Hong Chau directly discussed and answered the opinions and suggestions of voters.
