Regulations on rice price for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2015

Considering the proposal of Nghe An Tax Department in Submission No. 304/TTr-CT dated February 13, 2015 on the proposal to issue a decision regulating the price of rice for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2015 in Nghe An province, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 15/2015/QD-UBND, dated March 3, 2015, with the following content:

Article 1: The price of rice used to calculate agricultural land use tax in 2015 in Nghe An province is: VND 5,500/kg (Five thousand five hundred dong per kilogram).

Article 2: This Decision comes into force 10 days after the date of signing.

Article 3: Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee, Director of Department of Finance, Director of Tax Department, Director of Provincial State Treasury, Directors of relevant departments, branches and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and related organizations and individuals shall base on this Decision to implement.
