Overview of the conference.

At the conference, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - a member of the Steering Committee - presented a report on the results of its work in the first six months of the year, emphasizing that: The "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" movement throughout the province continues to be maintained and implemented effectively at the grassroots level. State management of festival activities is becoming increasingly effective. Inspection and supervision work has been strengthened. The socialization of festivals is receiving more attention and better implementation from districts, cities, towns and localities.

Đồng chí Nguyễn Đình Minh - Phó Chủ tịch Hội CCB tỉnh cho rằng một trong những hoạt động nổi bật nhất của phong trào
Comrade Nguyen Dinh Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association, suggested that propaganda work should be further strengthened through diverse forms to ensure the movement becomes increasingly effective.

In particular, the movement to build cultural and sports facilities at the grassroots level continues to receive attention and support from districts, cities, and towns through district-level mechanisms and policies, by mobilizing internal resources from people's contributions and other legal resources to build cultural centers and sports fields in villages and hamlets. As a result, cultural and sports activities at the grassroots level are becoming increasingly diverse and in-depth, contributing to raising the level of enjoyment of cultural and spiritual life for the people.

Đồng chí Trần Văn Hường - Phó chủ tịch Thường trực Hội nông dân tỉnh

Comrade Tran Van Huong, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, believes that the movement to build cultural villages is not yet sustainable.

Regarding family affairs, in the first six months of the year, the Steering Committee directed the organization of activities for International Happiness Day and Vietnamese Family Day according to the theme of 2015, organized a cultural exchange night, honored families that performed well in family affairs, and held a meeting with officials working on family affairs in Quy Hop... It also implemented and expanded the project "Propagating and educating on ethics and lifestyle in Vietnamese families" in districts, cities, and towns.

 Đồng chí Vi Lưu Bình
Comrade Vi Luu Binh - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development - recognized that the movement needed to be more practical, developing activities that were closely linked to the current lives of rural people.

At the conference, the members of the Steering Committee unanimously agreed with the results of the past six months, while also pointing out shortcomings that need to be addressed in the future, such as: the lack of attention and guidance from many localities, leading to the movement not reaching a deeper level; some cultural residential areas, after being recognized, have not performed well, failing to maintain their title; and still experiencing issues such as third births, social vices, and environmental pollution...

In the last six months of the year, members of the Steering Committee need to demonstrate their role in directing the implementation of tasks in their respective localities. Further strengthen propaganda efforts to raise awareness among cadres and Party members about the role, position, and importance of the movement. The year-end performance evaluation of units and localities must be linked to the results of implementing the cultural family movement, cultural villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods, and building a comprehensive cultural and sports infrastructure... in order to gradually improve the cultural and spiritual life of the people from mountainous to lowland areas.
