(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 21 in Vinh City, Nghe An Literature and Arts Association organized the judging of the News and Art Photo Contest with the theme "Nghe An Integration and Development".
After more than 6 months of launching, the Organizing Committee has received nearly 300 photo entries from 43 authors in the province. After 6 rounds of judging, the Jury has selected 70 works for exhibition, 10 works for prizes including 1 First prize, 1 Second prize, 3 Third prizes and 5 Encouragement prizes.

First prize was awarded to the work "Sketch of construction" by author Chu Trong Tuan - Teacher of Vinh University, Second prize to the work "Dance in the highlands" by author Tran Duy Ngoan, Nghe An Journalists Association, three prizesThree belongs to author Duc Quang, Canh Hung, Sach Nguyen.
