Every day, gamblers come to Thanh Trung coffee shop (in Binh Dang residential area, ward 6, district 8) to meet Tuan to ask about odds and place bets.

Then, Tuan will make a list and post it online to receive commission. Every 2-3 days, the man named Ba will come to the coffee shop to calculate and divide the winnings and losses as well as pay commission to Tuan.

At 11:25 p.m. on December 12, while Tuan was organizing gamblers to bet on a series of English Premier League matches, he was caught red-handed by detectives from Team 5 - PC45.

Police seized more than 90 million VND, 15 motorbikes, 26 cell phones, 2 TVs, laptops, 4 sheets of paper...
