Consulting experts on the arrangement of artifacts at Hoang Sa Exhibition House

On the morning of January 19, the People's Committee of Hoang Sa district, Da Nang city, in coordination with the City's Historical Science Association, organized a workshop to collect opinions from experts and researchers on the arrangement and display plan of documents and artifacts at the Hoang Sa exhibition house, which began construction in early December 2015. The project was designed and built according to the architectural plan of the Sovereign Seal.

According to Hanoi Construction Investment and Fine Arts Joint Stock Company - the unit assigned by the People's Committee of Da Nang City to design the interior of the Hoang Sa Exhibition House, the documents and artifacts will be arranged and displayed on 3 floors with an area of ​​over 400 square meters.

The exhibition method includes a system of dynamic and static images supporting technical and multimedia art, combining an overview of the natural and administrative geography of Hoang Sa and documents about Hoang Sa.

The documents and artifacts are displayed according to 5 themes: re-erecting the Hoang Sa sovereignty stele; displaying artifacts and documents proving Vietnam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa during the Nguyen Lords' reign; Hoang Sa in ancient Vietnamese documents; evidence of Vietnam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa from 1945 to 1975 and from after 1974 to present...

Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Van Minh, member of the Da Nang City Historical Science Association, said that the implementing unit had a clearer exhibition theme, linking the length of history establishing Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa archipelago.
