Open a tour to Con Co Island.

Mr. Le Minh Tuan, Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Con Co Island District (Quang Tri Province), said that in early April, a well-organized tour will take tourists to visit the island.

According to Mr. Tuan, the island district, together with Quang Tri Trade Corporation, had previously proactively surveyed and developed a cooperation plan, consulted with relevant agencies, and has now received approval from the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee to open the tour.

Initially, there will be two trips per week to the island using the island's official boat, and if conditions are favorable, this will be expanded to one trip per day. The tour price is very affordable, around 10 million VND for 30 people, allowing tourists to experience the island's natural beauty and enjoy products and services provided by the local people.

Con Co Island has great tourism potential (covering 230 hectares, with a beautiful and diverse forest and marine ecosystem...), but bringing tourists to the island has not been possible for a long time due to a lack of necessary conditions such as transportation, docks, human resources, and even legal factors.
