"Improving the material and spiritual life of rural people"

Over the years, having held many different positions, I have always strived and worked with the collective to complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the development of the industry, field and locality. If I am elected by voters as a delegate of the Provincial People's Council for the 17th term, 2016 - 2021, it will be an opportunity for me to connect the relationship between the authorities and voters and people in the process of building and enforcing laws; propose mechanisms and policies that are popular with the people, contributing to promoting the overall development of the province, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

In my position, I will work with the Department's leaders to proactively advise and propose to the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee to put forward strong enough policies and mechanisms to promote agricultural production and build new rural areas. In building new rural areas, the goal that I am particularly interested in is to improve the material and spiritual life of people in rural areas.

To do so, I will actively advise the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee to make the right decisions to shift the economic and labor structure; focusing on attracting many investment projects to rural areas, creating more jobs for farmers; along with that, promoting the application of scientific and technological advances to agricultural production, forming large-scale production models.

I will also work with the collective to proactively develop a project to restructure the industry, innovate thinking about agricultural production, strengthen the connection between the "four houses": farmers, scientists, the State and enterprises, create production according to the commodity chain and invest stably in Nghe An agricultural products. Pay attention to planning and manage well the planning of agricultural production in a sustainable direction.

I will work with the team to strengthen inspection, promote the capacity and efficiency of the departments and units under the department, coordinate with sectors and local authorities to control food hygiene and safety quality; direct and guide people and businesses on the process of producing safe agricultural products and food; build a model of investment in production and trading of safe agricultural products and food, improve quality, reduce product costs, and be competitive in the international market.

Another issue that I am particularly concerned about is speeding up the construction of rural infrastructure, especially irrigation works that adapt to climate change, meeting the requirements of drought prevention, flood prevention, and natural disaster prevention.

On the other hand, with the trend of hot weather, followed by a lack of water for production and domestic use for people with increasingly serious forecasts, I will also pay attention to directing the good operation of existing irrigation works in the area; regulating irrigation reservoirs, creating water sources, promoting the capacity of pumping stations to ensure enough water for production and people's daily life.

To accomplish the above tasks, I constantly study and improve my qualifications in all aspects; scientifically arrange my work schedule to spend time contacting, meeting, and grasping the thoughts and aspirations of voters and people; reflect them fully and accurately; at the same time, pursue and urge competent authorities to resolve and promptly respond to voters; protect the legitimate rights of the people. Arrange to fully participate in activities as well as meetings to actively contribute to the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, contributing to building a prosperous homeland and a prosperous and happy people.
