'Contribute to building the Great National Unity Bloc'

(Baonghean) -Action Program ofPriest Nguyen Dang Dien - Chairman of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Nghe An province, candidate for the Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021, in constituency No. 2, Vinh city.

I am honored to be nominated by the Nghe An Provincial Fatherland Front Committee in the third round of consultation to be a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term. If elected as a Provincial People's Council delegate, I will strive to fulfill the following contents:

Firstly, always uphold the sense of responsibility, perform well the role and tasks of a people's representative, be close to voters in the unit that elected them, be subject to the supervision of voters; be responsible for grasping and reflecting the opinions, recommendations and legitimate aspirations of voters to the sectors, levels and the Provincial People's Council for timely consideration and resolution.

After each session of the Provincial People's Council, I will promote a sense of responsibility in reporting to voters on the results of the session, disseminating and explaining the resolutions of the People's Council, mobilizing and working with the people to implement those resolutions.

Second, arrange time to fully participate in meetings, research and contribute practical ideas at provincial People's Council meetings, actively participate in hunger eradication and poverty reduction programs, humanitarian charity, contribute to the successful implementation of the National Target Program on building new rural areas, civilized urban areas... so that teachers and workers can enjoy the State's policies, moving towards a prosperous and happy life.

Third, as a representative of the will and aspirations of the local people, I will set an example in implementing the State's policies and laws; propagate and mobilize people to implement policies and laws well, respond to the emulation movement "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas, live a good life, follow good religion" launched by the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee, contributing to building the great national unity bloc.

Fourthly, in the past time, I have been to many places and seen many unfortunate cases of people born with disabilities and no one to rely on, so I have taken them in to care for and raise them. In the future, I will continue to care for, show concern for, and help families in difficult circumstances, and mobilize benefactors to help with funding to create better conditions for raising disabled people and help them integrate into the community.
