This is demonstrated through the increasingly better compliance with tax declaration and payment by enterprises, the number of enterprises violating declaration procedures is decreasing (in 2014, there were 1,269 cases of violations of declaration procedures handled with a fine of 1,616 million VND;

In 2015, there were only 468 cases (37% compared to 2014), with the amount of 494 million VND (30% compared to 2014); the ratio of tax debt/total budget revenue is gradually decreasing (2014: 10%, 2015: 6%);

The rate of enterprises violating inspection and examination is decreasing; enterprises complying with inspection, examination and audit conclusions is getting better and better;...
