Previously, at 3:00 p.m. on May 10, 2016, while patrolling on National Highway 1A in Cau Giat town, the Traffic Police of Quynh Luu district discovered an Exciter motorbike, license plate 37B1 26868, driven by a young man carrying another person, both of whom were not wearing helmets, so they asked to stop the vehicle for inspection.

Upon checking, the motorbike driver, Cao Van Dai (born in 1993, residing in Hamlet 11 Bac Lam, Dien Lam Commune, Dien Chau District), was unable to present relevant documents. The car was fitted with a fake license plate.

Through verification, it was confirmed that the license plate 37B 26868, as well as the engine number and frame number (re-engraved) were not in the records issued by Nghe An police, but the actual license plate of the vehicle was 38 B1 05158 and the owner was Ms. Dang Thi Loan, residing in Huong Khe, Ha Tinh.

On the afternoon of June 28, the Traffic Police Team (Quynh Luu District Police) returned the property to Ms. Loan.
