(Baonghean.vn) - The "Loving Heart" Association recently visited and donated 3 million VND to the family of Mr. Phan Van Thuyen and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam in Hamlet 5B, Nghia Dong Commune, Tan Ky.

"Loving Heart" Association gives gifts to Mr. Thuyen's family

Mr. Thuyen's family currently has a 6-year-old child, Phan Bao Lam, who has Down syndrome and congenital heart disease and has had to undergo multiple surgeries. He is currently not healthy enough to go to school.

Because of difficult circumstances, Thuyen's family is living in a temporary house borrowed from his sister.
