Bringing Mid-Autumn Festival to poor children in Queo village

(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of September 11, the volunteer group "Warm love of Nghe An" coordinated with the Huong Son Commune Youth Union to organize a "Full Moon Festival" for children in Queo village, Tan Son 1 hamlet, Huong Son commune, Tan Ky district.

Huong Son Commune is a poor commune of Tan Ky District. The lives of the people here are still difficult, the children are still deprived. Ban Qeo is a hamlet where 98% of the households are Thai ethnic people, 82% are poor households.

Attending the full moon festival, ethnic children in Queo village enjoyed a special cultural exchange program, feasted on cakes, and performed lion dances.
