In recent years, the emulation and reward work of the Natural Resources and Environment sector has had positive changes and achieved encouraging results, promoting the completion of the annual and phased work plan and program. However, the emulation and reward work still has limitations.
The attention and direction of the Party committees and authorities at all levels towards emulation and reward work has not been regular and properly valued. The evaluation is too formal, and leaders and staff working on emulation and reward work sometimes do not fully understand the Party and State's policies and guidelines on emulation and reward work.
