(Baonghean.vn) - Entering the 2016 winter crop, the entire Anh Son district planted 665 hectares of vegetables, of which vegetables and beans of all kinds were 290 hectares; squash and pumpkin were 195 hectares and sweet potatoes were 180 hectares. A new feature in this year's winter crop is that the district has cooperated with Dong Giao Food Export Joint Stock Company in Tam Diep, Ninh Binh to pilot the planting of more than 40 hectares of soybeans with the goal of producing in a safe, high-quality direction for export.
