New technology for controlling mobile robots in space using mini programs. |
Russia's Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) announced on February 10 that its scientists have developed new technology for controlling mobile robots in space using mini programs.
According to FEFU, the testing of the new technology was carried out right at the school. In addition to FEFU scientists, the testing was also participated in by collaborators from the Institute of Automation and Control of the Far Eastern branch and the MV Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Scientists propose to control the robot using a mini-program that runs automatically with the combined operation of intelligent systems. This technology will help overcome the problem of signal delay during long-distance transmission and ensure more stable operation of the robot, such as in outer space.
The authors of the study hope that this method will pave the way for the construction of robots that can operate effectively on the most distant planets, such as Mars. Scientists around the world are currently researching this issue.
