Yesterday afternoon, March 8, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, including comrades: Tran Van Hang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 12th Provincial Party Congress, Nguyen Minh Hong had a meeting with voters of Vinh City.

At the meeting, Vinh City voters made 16 recommendations and proposals to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, focusing on the following contents: Proposing that the National Assembly should amend the Land Law to facilitate people, facilitate compensation and site clearance when reclaiming land, and closely monitor land leasing in localities, especially in urban areas, to avoid the current land speculation.

Voters hope that the State will soon have policies on extending the right to use land for perennial crops, agricultural land adjacent to residential land, and land allocation to policy beneficiaries and families with revolutionary contributions. Many voters are concerned about the rising inflation situation. The National Assembly and the State need to strengthen price management, stabilize the market; strictly handle the production of counterfeit and poor quality goods; and strengthen the National Assembly's supervision in economic and social fields. In promulgating laws, the National Assembly needs to conduct close research to avoid overlap. Regarding environmental laws, there needs to be clear distinctions and specific sanctions.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, comrade Phan Dinh Trac explained the recommendations and proposals that Vinh City voters were interested in. The voters' recommendations will be compiled by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and proposed to the National Assembly and relevant sectors.
