Complete design documents for planting 550 hectares of raw material forest

Tuong Duong Forestry Company has completed the design documents for planting 550 hectares of raw material forest.

Of which, 300 hectares were planted under project 147 (with 128 households participating), the project of reforestation to replace slash-and-burn cultivation planted 150 hectares of forest in the communes of Luong Minh, Yen Tinh, Yen Na, and Luu Kien.

The company has 2 nurseries that have prepared over 2,200,000 seedlings of various types, mainly hybrid acacia, enough to plant 550 hectares of forest and supply seedlings for the entire Tuong Duong district. The plan is that around early April 2011, the company will deploy planting raw material forests.
