Summary of the project "Community-based rehabilitation"

On the morning of March 15, the Provincial Red Cross Society held a summary of the "Community-based Rehabilitation" project. The project, funded by AIPO, has been implemented since 2008 in 3 districts: Thanh Chuong, Nam Dan, Hung Nguyen.

After 3 years of implementation, the project has examined, screened, and classified nearly 8,000 people with disabilities; organized hundreds of visits and presented gifts to people with disabilities; provided consultation and medicine to thousands of people with disabilities. In particular, through the project's activities, a network of volunteers to support people with disabilities in villages with nearly 800 people has been established...

This is a deeply humane project, mobilizing the participation of the whole society in caring for and supporting people with disabilities to improve their lives and integrate into the community.
