Vietnam Airlines offers free ticket refunds for passengers traveling to Japan

Vietnam Airlines Corporation has just announced that it will waive ticket refund/change fees for passengers traveling to/from Japan on its flights between March 11 and May 10.

Passengers who need to change their tickets should contact Vietnam Airlines for assistance. This is considered a support program and creates favorable conditions for passengers who have purchased tickets from Vietnam Airlines but have been affected by the earthquake, tsunami and aftershocks in recent days in Japan.

Vietnam Airlines also creates all conditions and maximum support for Vietnamese families to easily buy tickets in Vietnam for relatives studying, living and working in Japan who need to return home in the near future.

Currently, Vietnam Airlines is operating 8 direct routes between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and 4 major cities in Japan including Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka with a frequency of 46 flights/week. At this time, Vietnam Airlines still maintains normal operations between Vietnam and Japan.
