Day 7 at Nghe An Motor Vehicle Inspection Center
(Baonghean) -On the last Saturday of the week, the working atmosphere at Nghe An Motor Vehicle Inspection Center is still bustling because the number of customers is no less than on normal days.
Mr. Phan Van Minh (Deputy Director of the Center) said: Pursuant to Decision 70/2010/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee, the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center (under the Nghe An Department of Transport) has implemented a working plan every Saturday like normal days. On normal days, the Center receives about 100 applications, on Saturdays about 70-80 applications.

Currently, the Center has 4 lines that can inspect 200 vehicles per day. In addition to the 3701S center located in Vinh city, it also opened a second facility: 3702S in Dong Hieu (Thai Hoa town) to serve customers in mountainous areas and neighboring areas, avoiding long-distance travel that is both time-consuming and tiring. With the goal of improving inspection quality, convenience for customers, and traffic safety, the Center has implemented many solutions to enhance equipment capacity according to the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Transport, training to improve professional qualifications and qualities for staff, constantly reforming administration, and reducing inconvenience for customers. Inspection equipment is connected to the Vietnam Register. All procedures are public and transparent for individuals, organizations, and businesses to perform and monitor inspection activities, shortening inspection time in a way that benefits people and businesses.

Mr. Hoang Van Hai (Le Loi Ward, Vinh City) came to do the vehicle inspection procedure, said: If it is a new vehicle, with all valid documents and technical guarantees, the inspection and circulation sticker will only take one session or at most one day. That is a great step forward in administrative reform compared to the previous tiring waiting and jostling.
The officers, employees, and inspectors of the Center all have a high sense of responsibility, from the inspection stage to the one-stop department receiving, processing, and completing documents and procedures, all operate quickly and correctly to improve the quality of inspection, aiming to build a safe and clean traffic environment.
