Voters of Nghe An Border Guard Command complete voting

(Baonghean) -At exactly 7:00 a.m. this morning, voters of Nghe An Border Guard Unit in Constituency No. 19, Truong Thi Ward (Vinh City) went to vote for the 13th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term.

After the flag-raising ceremony, voters proceeded to elect deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels according to regulations. By 9:00 a.m., voters at the Nghe An Border Guard Command had completed their voting.
