This morning, June 27, arriving at Muong Xen Town of Ky Son District, the first impression was of devastation, chaos, and the anxiety and hardship of the people when the flood passed. In Muong Xen Town, the mud was more than 1 meter thick, in some places up to 2 meters thick; trees were lying around, because houses collapsed and were swept away, so people's daily necessities had to be brought out onto the road. Traffic was cut off in many places. It can be said that, more than ever, the people of Ky Son need the attention, help and sharing of authorities at all levels and the community to overcome the consequences after the flood.
