Candidates can directly or authorize another person to come to the school to withdraw the submitted registration documents. In case of authorization, candidates must write a letter of authorization and the authorized person must bring the letter of authorization and his/her identity card.

The registration fee for candidates withdrawing their submitted registration application will be considered, decided and publicly announced by the Principals of the schools.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires that, within the prescribed time limit for receiving registration documents, universities, academies, and colleges daily update information about candidates' registration documents into the computer using the 2011 university and college admission software (DH11) and publicly announce it on the school's website.

Information about the candidate's registration file includes: full name; date of birth; registration number; subject; region; exam score of each subject and total score of 3 subjects; file number; registration code; date of receipt of registration file; date of return of registration file (if any).
