Building the State's socio-economic development plan for 2012

In his opening speech, comrade Ho Duc Phoc emphasized: The development of socio-economic development plans and annual State budget estimates is very important, helping authorities at all levels to manage and organize implementation to achieve the highest results, the best efficiency, contributing to the successful completion of local political tasks. Therefore, sectors and localities need to seriously assess the socio-economic situation; the implementation of the Resolution on political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee and the district level to accurately determine the needs and capabilities to ensure the development needs of each locality, each sector and the whole province.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee provided guidance on the framework for building the socio-economic development plan and budget estimate for 2012, with the general goal of mobilizing and effectively using resources; strongly improving the investment and production and business environment; promoting production development, controlling inflation, striving for a higher growth rate than in 2011. To achieve that goal, sectors, localities and enterprises must build models associated with economic restructuring, improving productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the economy, ensuring social security and social welfare, improving people's lives; maintaining political stability, ensuring national defense, security and social order and safety.
