Units and localities organize to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress

On the morning of July 14, the Nghe An Border Guard Party Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress for comrades who are political commissars, station chiefs, deputy reconnaissance station chiefs of Border Guard stations and party members of the provincial Border Guard agencies.

During the 2 days, party members were introduced to the basic contents and new points in major documents: Platform for national construction in the transitional period to socialism (Supplemented and developed in 2011); socio-economic development strategy 2011-2020, political report of the 10th Party Central Committee at the 11th National Congress of the Party. Party Charter (amended and supplemented). At the same time, the action program of the Nghe An Border Guard Party Committee in implementing the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress was discussed and approved.

Quy Hop District Party Committee organized a conference to study and disseminate the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of Delegates for members of the District Party Committee; heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and district-level mass organizations; key leaders, armed forces officers and core grassroots cadres.

The conference discussed and contributed ideas to the Action Program of the District Party Committee and implemented the plan to study the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress at the grassroots level. Through studying, researching and thoroughly understanding the resolution, Party committees at all levels built an action program to implement the resolution, selected, determined the order and prioritized the tasks to be done each year, as well as the issues that need to be resolved immediately so that the Party's documents can truly come into life, become reality, and meet the expectations of the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army.

Yen Thanh district organized the dissemination and study of the 11th National Party Congress resolution for key officials of the District Party Committee, District People's Committee, district-level departments and unions, heads and deputy heads of agencies, school units and officials in charge of 39 communes and towns in the district.

The conference clearly identified the focus, key points of basic content and new content in the documents of the 11th Party Congress, creating a broad political movement among cadres, civil servants, workers and the masses, and building an action program to implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.
