Comrade Nguyen Manh Cam visited and worked with Nghe An Association for Promotion of Education
Recently, comrade Nguyen Manh Cam - former member of the Politburo, former Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education and the working delegation visited and worked at the standing office of the Association for Promoting Education in Nghe An province.
Attending the meeting were comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of relevant departments and branches.
Up to now, the whole province has mobilized more than 20 billion VND for the scholarship fund. From the fund, our province has awarded scholarships to tens of thousands of poor students who have overcome difficulties; and rewarded thousands of excellent students at all levels.
Towards the 15th Anniversary of the Founding of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education; The 3rd Congress of the Association for Promoting Education in Nghe An province; all levels of the Association for Promoting Education in Nghe An actively propagate to cadres, members and people about the Association for Promoting Education, about the role and position of the Association for Promoting Education in the process of building a learning society; comprehensively promote activities for promoting education; build the Association's organization, develop members and issue membership cards in a special occasion to celebrate the 15th anniversary; organize the publication of the Nghe An Promotion of Education Magazine, a special issue to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the Founding of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, October 2, 1996 - October 2, 2011...
Comrade Nguyen Manh Cam acknowledged the efforts of the standing body of the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education and all levels of Associations for the Promotion of Education in Nghe An. He proposed that the Provincial People's Committee continue to create favorable conditions for the activities of the Association for the Promotion of Education at all levels of Nghe An; at the same time, reminded the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education to seek the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee. In the immediate future, timely advice should be given to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to soon recognize the Association for the Promotion of Education in Nghe An as a special Association, thereby carefully preparing the contents of the Congress of Delegates of the Association for the Promotion of Education in Nghe An, Term III, in the spirit of a special Association.
